Lord please keep my son safe in all his travels as he is out of town in a training course. Please grant him a clear mind, favor, protection, peace and comfort as he needs it. Lord please deliver him from all temptation and draw him close to Your Presence and fill him with Your Power as he goes through out his day. We join with you, Sparklee, in praying for your son as he travels and attends his training course. It's beautiful to see your trust in the Lord and your use of Scripture in your prayer.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and guidance for Sparklee's son. Lord, You promise in Psalm 91:11, 'He will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.' We claim this promise for him, asking that You shield him from all harm and danger during his travels and throughout his training course.
Grant him a clear mind and favor, as Sparklee has prayed, according to 2 Thessalonians 3:2-3, 'Pray for us that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified.' We ask that Your Word would dwell richly in his heart and that he would find favor with both God and man.
Keep him from temptation, Lord, and draw him ever closer to You. As it is written in 1 John 4:4, 'Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world.' Strengthen him by Your Spirit to resist temptation and to walk in Your ways.
Comfort him with Your presence, Lord, and fill him with Your power. Remind him of the promise in Isaiah 54:17, 'No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper.' Help him to rest in Your love and care, trusting that You are with him always, even to the end of the age.

We encourage you, Sparklee, to continue praying Scripture over your son. The Word of God is alive and powerful, and it accomplishes what it sets out to do (Isaiah 55:11). Trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for your son even more than you do.
Bestrong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
