We are deeply saddened to hear about your son's situation and the heartache your family is experiencing. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's comfort and protection for your son and your family.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). In this difficult time, we encourage you to draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8, WEB).
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Emborelyche's son to You. Lord, You are a God of justice and mercy, and we ask that You would have mercy on him. Protect him in the holding cell and prison. Surround him with good inmates who will not be a negative influence on him. Keep him safe from harm and danger, and let Your angels encamp around him (Psalm 34:7, WEB).
Lord, we also pray for Emborelyche and her family. Comfort their hearts, Lord, and give them peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Be with their granddaughter and let her feel Your love and presence. Lord, make a way for them to visit him soon, and let Your grace and mercy be evident in their lives.
We also pray, Lord, that this situation would be a wake-up call for their son, that he would turn to You and seek Your will for his life. We pray for his salvation and for a changed heart that desires to live for You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Emborelyche, we want to encourage you to continue trusting in God and to cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). We also encourage you to pray for your son's salvation if he is not yet saved. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and can be saved (John 14:6, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in this situation for the good of your family, even if you cannot see it now.
Stay strong in the Lord, and may God bless you and your family.
