We join with you, dear parent, in lifting up your son to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It's wonderful that you've acknowledged the power of Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and can ask according to His will (John 14:13-14, WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in this child's life. Lord, guide him during his drama performance today. Let Your light shine through him, and may he perform with confidence and excellence. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:13, 'I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.' We claim this promise for him.
Lord, we also ask that You protect his belongings. May nothing be lost or misplaced, and let him be surrounded by Your hedge of protection throughout the day.
Father, we ask for Your help in his chemistry class. Grant him understanding, wisdom, and knowledge. Let the words of his teachers be clear and easily comprehended. In Proverbs 2:6, You promise that You give wisdom and from Your mouth come knowledge and understanding. We claim this promise for him.
In all these things, Lord, we ask that You draw him closer to You. May he see Your hand in every detail of his life and come to know You more deeply.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
