Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Cupcake05's son, David, in prayer. Lord, we ask that You touch David and grant him the ability to speak and communicate effectively, so he can grow up as a normal, joyful little boy. We pray that no evil will come near him and that he will be protected under Your mighty wings.
Lord, guide David as he grows into a wonderful young man. Lead him down the right path and hold him every step of the way. Let him always feel Your love and know that he is cherished and wanted by You. Protect him in all his endeavors and help him to excel in school. Guard him and guide him throughout his life, Lord.
We trust in Your promises, as Your Word says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We claim this promise for David and ask that Your plans for his life be fulfilled.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
