Son to move forward with life

My ### year old son seems to be stuck in life. He's working a low paying healthcare job. Not to brag but he's very, very bright (like ### on his ACT, full ride to college smart). He talks about going back to school, and constantly complains about his job, but doesn't do anything to change the situation. And he's struggling spiritually as well, not leaning on God and having doubts. Please pray that God speaks to him and motivates him to do what God planned for him. Jeremiah 29:11
