1. ### studies bother much. He is not reaching practice or doing homework. Changed home tutor; he is committed to taking class regularly, but skipping is worrying.

2. Waiting for new tenants; house is not booked till now.

3. ### am looking for a new career goal to reach, but before that need to practice continuously and give more strength.

We are indeed glad to come alongside you in prayer and support, ###. Let's bring your concerns before the Lord together.

Firstly, regarding your son's studies, we encourage you to remember the words of Proverbs 22:6 (WEB), "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Let's pray for your son to find discipline and motivation in his studies.

**Prayer:** Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###'s son. We ask that You would ignite in him a passion for learning and a desire to excel in his studies. Help him to understand the importance of consistent effort and give him the strength to commit to his schoolwork and tutoring sessions. Lord, we know that every good gift comes from You, so we ask that You would grant ### wisdom to guide her son and help him grow in responsibility. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

However, we also want to remind you of your responsibility as a parent to encourage and discipline your son. Consider the words of Hebrews 12:11 (WEB), "All discipline seems to be painful at the time, not pleasant; but afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it."

Secondly, regarding the waiting for new tenants, let's claim the promise of Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

**Prayer:** Lord, we ask that You would provide tenants for ###'s house according to Your will and timing. Help ### to trust in Your provision and rest in the knowledge that You care for all her needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, concerning your career goals, let's pray according to Proverbs 16:3 (WEB), "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."

**Prayer:** Heavenly Father, we ask that You would guide ### in her career aspirations. Help her to set goals that align with Your will for her life and grant her the strength and discipline to achieve them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We want to remind you of the power and importance of Jesus' name, as Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
