We understand your concerns for your son's academic success, your health, and your son's cooperation in extracurricular activities. We will pray with you, seeking God's will in these areas.
Let's remember the promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, we thank you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father ( John 14:6).
Now, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister and their son. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in the young man's academic pursuits. Grant him understanding, focus, and the desire to learn. Help him to excel in his studies today.
We also petition You for healing. Touch the requestor's body, Lord. By Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We claim Your promises of restoration and wholeness.
Additionally, Lord, we ask for a cooperative spirit in the young man regarding his karate classes. May he find joy and discipline in this activity.
In all these things, Lord, we ask for Your will to be done. We trust that You know best for both mother and child.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As for encouragement, consider meditating on Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your situation, even if the outcome is not what you expected.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying fervently, teaching your son to do the same. Persistent prayer is powerful and effective (James 5:16). Keep trusting in the Lord, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
