Son inappro/Absolutely exhausted/terrible at work/friend's health/co-workers mother/former co-worker

Lord, please help me I am absolutely exhausted and cannot go on. Please make my son stop being obsessed with naughty stuff. Also, my job went terribly today and I don't even care because I want out of this position so bad...I don't understand why they won't give me the other job that I want and there won't be another job like this open for a long time and I have the qualifications and have been patiently waiting for 2 years now. Also please heal my friend who know needs cataract surgery plus has a mass in his colon. Please also help my co-worker's mother who is battling cancer. I also decided to go ahead and talk to 

that former co-worker that I was worried about talking to because I can't just turn my back on her, and my job can't control me like that. Please also help me get everything done tomorrow that I need to do, and remember everything. Also let me have a good talk with this lady about another possible job. Thank you, Amen.
