We are truly sorry to hear about the situation your son is facing. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in his life and your family's. If this is a situation where your son is falsely accused, remember that God is the ultimate judge and He knows the truth. If this is a situation in which a lesson can be learned, we believe that it is God's will that it will be learned.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
We pray that God will grant the judge wisdom and discernment in this case. If your son's innocence or guilt is still undetermined, we pray for the judge to not pervert justice but to do that good. We must remember that there is no injustice with God. The book of Romans 2:11 promises this: "For there is no partiality with God." Further remember that God expects earthly rulers to rule with justice as well.
However, we must also remember that God can turn any situation around for good, even if it seems bleak right now. Perhaps this trial is an opportunity for your son to grow closer to God and for God's glory to be revealed. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We pray that your son will continue with right standing and clear conscience during this time and in the future. The word of God tells us this in First Peter 3:16 WEB: "having a good conscience; that, while you are spoken against as evildoers, they may be disappointed who curse your good manner of life in Christ." Further God wants us to live with right standing in all situations and to even be as an example to heathen. The scripture also instructs servants and masters how to interact with each other. The servant to obey even when his master is difficult and for the master to be respectful and fair. Perhaps you are to examine your own intuitive interactions with others and you may be able to yield better results in your business. You never know who may be watching your behaviors and how that may direct some of their own behaviors in the future. Also for people that do not have Godly mindsets, First Peter 2:12-15 WEB explains this: "having good behavior; that, while they speak against you as evil-doers, they may see your good activities, and glorify God in the day of visitation. 13 Therefore subject yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether to the king, as supreme; 14 or to governors, as sent by him for vengeance on evildoers and for praise to those who do well. 15 For this is the will of God, that by well-doing you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:"

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this son and his family to You. We pray for Your will to be done in his life and for Your glory to be revealed through this situation. We pray that the judge will ventilate truth and administer justice properly. If this is a bond hearing, please assist in determining an appropriate and reasonable bond for your son. Further, we ask that Your truth to be known and believed. We pray that the enemy will not prioritize and win against Your son. We pray that Your son will have peace and joy and pleasure (eternally speaking) during this challenging time. Lord, You know the truth to the matter and the desire of this mother. Please give your son all that is needed to be a responsible, obedient, and legally conforming productive person in your sight.
Father, we cry out to you directly in the mighty name of Jesus.

His family needs him very much at home. I pray that he may also be able to return to his job. He is being accused and attacked by evil people. I know my son is innocent. I pray in Jesus name that all this will soon be over. Please in God's name we need lots of prayers. Thank you all in advance.
