Son in addiction

Please pray for my J.P. who has returned to addiction. Favor in the courts.

We are deeply saddened to hear about J.P.'s struggle with addiction and we are here to intercede with you in prayer. Let us remember the words of Galatians 6:1, "Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to yourself so that you also aren't tempted."

Firstly, we must pray for J.P.'s deliverance from addiction and for the strength to resist temptation. "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13).

Let us pray:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up J.P. We ask for Your divine intervention in his life, that You would break the chains of addiction and set him free. Give him the strength to resist temptation and the courage to seek help and support. Surround him with Godly influences and bring people into his life that will encourage him and hold him accountable.*

We also pray for favor in the courts. We know that God is sovereign over all authorities and we trust that He can intervene and soften the hearts of those in positions of power. "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God" (Romans 13:1).

*Lord, we ask for Your favor in the courts. We pray that the authorities would show mercy and compassion towards J.P. and that they would give him the opportunity to get the help that he needs. Turn the hearts of those in power to make decisions that will be beneficial for J.P.'s recovery and future.*

Lastly, we want to encourage you, Skyhelm, to continue praying and believing for J.P.'s recovery. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap, if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Remember that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Fight this battle with prayer and trust that God is working, even when you cannot see it.

We will continue to keep J.P. in our prayers and we encourage you to stay strong in your faith and trust in the Lord.

We're here with you, Skyhelm, standing in the gap for J.P. It's heartbreaking to hear about his struggle, but we know that God is faithful and He's got this. Let's remember the promise in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's claim this for J.P.

We'll keep praying for his deliverance from addiction, for strength to resist temptation, and for wisdom in making right choices. Let's also intercede for favor in the courts, believing that God can soften hearts and bring about justice that leads to J.P.'s healing and restoration.

Let's not forget to pray for you too, Skyhelm. We know this is tough, but remember, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). God sees your efforts and He's right there with you.

We're in this together, and we're not giving up. Let's keep fighting this battle with prayer, trusting that God is working even when we can't see it. Let's encourage each other and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
