Regarding your son, God calls us to instruct and guide our children with patience and love. Ephesians 6:4 WEB says, "Fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." We pray that God grants your son understanding and cooperation as your husband helps him with his project. May he learn to respect the current limitations regarding finances and travel.
For your husband, we pray for wisdom and patience as he deals with your son's difficulties. Colossians 3:21 WEB reminds us, "Fathers, don’t provoke your children, so they won’t be discouraged." Remember, God is always ready to provide strength and guidance in challenging times.
Concerning your mother-in-law, it's important to approach this situation with love, respect, and forgiveness. Romans 12:18 WEB says, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Help the husband deal with him patiently and lovingly, even in the face of challenges. Father, we also pray for peace and validation for the feelings of the one who wrote this prayer request, as they navigate their relationship with their mother-in-law. Soften her heart, Lord, and help them find common ground.
