We hear your cries for help and join you in bringing these concerns before the throne of grace.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus in your prayer. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It's only through Jesus that our prayers are heard by the Father.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up this family's needs. Lord, we ask for your grace upon the son. Help him to be attentive and alert at school today. Guide his teachers and surround him with your peace. We also lift up the husband. Lord, be with him in his workplace. We pray for wisdom for management, that they may have reasonable expectations. Help him to do his job with integrity and excellence, as unto you. Colossians 3:23 (WEB) reminds us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters."
We also bring before you the mother-in-law. Lord, you see her need. We ask for your provision. May the right assisted living or nursing home arrangement be found and approved quickly. We trust in your care for the widows and the elderly, as in Psalm 68:5 (WEB), "A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation."
Father, we ask for your peace and comfort for this family. May they feel your presence and guidance in every step they take. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Regarding your concerns, we encourage you to continue trusting God. Remember Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Keep casting your burdens on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Lastly, we urge you all to continue in unceasing prayer, giving thanks in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:17-18). Strengthen your faith in the Lord, knowing that He hears and answers our prayers according to His will.
