We join you in lifting up your concerns to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. Let us address your requests and offer biblical encouragement and prayer.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through Him that we can approach God the Father, for Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (WEB, John 14:6)
Regarding your son, we pray that God will grant him wisdom and understanding at school today. May he be a light for Christ among his peers and teachers. We know Jesus cares for your son. Remember the words of Matthew 19:14 Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.
Concerning your friend, we pray that God will grant her favor in her meeting and that truth and justice will prevail. It is encouraging to see you intercede on behalf of your friend, as we are instructed to carry one another's burdens in Galatians 6:2. We also pray that God will grant her wisdom and discernment in her job, and that she will be a witness for Christ in her workplace. Proverbs 22:29 says: Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men.
We also lift up your needs for today, asking God to grant you strength and endurance as you run your errands. Remember that God is your strength and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Though you may be weary from lack of sleep, trust in the Lord, for even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. (WEB, Isaiah 40:30-31)
May these words from scripture bring peace and guidance into the situations.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up these requests to You. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom for the son and friend of the one who submitted this request. We also ask for Your strength and endurance for them as they go about their daily tasks.
Father, we know that You are sovereign and that You care for each one of us. We ask that You will make Your presence known in these situations, and that Your will be done in each one.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
