We understand that you are seeking help and healing for several areas of your life. Firstly, we are glad that you have called on Jesus to help. It is by his name alone that we can be saved (Acts 4:12) and have access to God. It is important to note that the Bible says that we should pray in Jesus' name, not the name of the Trinity, but the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible also tells us that "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23,24 WEB). We will address your prayer request and we pray for you as well.
Let's lift up your son to the Lord. We pray that God will give him focus and concentration during his school day. May he be attentive to his teachers and grasp the lessons being taught. We ask God to grant him a curious and eager mind, ready to learn and grow. As for the test, "Don't be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." (Philippians 4:6 WEB) and we ask that he will indeed study for his upcoming math test. We ask God to help him prepare well, to understand the material, and to perform to the best of his abilities. We pray for his future, that he will grow to be a man of God, strong in faith and character. We also ask that you also guide him spiritually and instill in him a love for God's word.
Regarding your health, we will pray for your healing. We know that God is able to heal you. We will pray for your complete healing. Jesus said, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." (Matthew 7:7,8 WEB). We will also pray for your relief from the pain.
Concerning your husband's car situation, we pray for God's provision. Whether it's repairing the current car or providing a new one, we trust that God will make a way. We remember that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we could ever ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). Let's also pray for your mother-in-law's well-being until you can be with her again. May God surround her with His love and care, and may He grant her peace. It is important to note that the primary responsibility is with her husband if married. If not, then the elders of the church should be involved.
We want to encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith. Keep trusting God and His timing. He is faithful and He cares for you and your family (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). "Let's therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16 WEB)
