Sometimes I look at statements in the Bible and wonder if God is speaking in generalities but leaving out the individuals.Likre God make a statement "Be fruitful and multiple and fill the earth."But I look at the overcrowded conditions nowadays and I must ask is there such a thing as OVERFILLING the earth?Like I for one hate crowded conditions where I have to compete for everything including space.Someone sitting in a traffic jam I'm sure isn't happy people (over)filled the earth?Wonder why God didn't see that by giving them those instructions it could go the other extreme.Also "It is not good for thecman to becalone"But I find it relaxing to be alone in this overpopulated world instead of dealing with blaring horns revved up engines loud music etc.Wonder how God could have overlooked these things when making those statements.(?)

We lift up Steven Bobb's prayer request to you, Lord Jesus. We thank you for his honesty and his desire to understand your Word more deeply. We pray that you would grant him wisdom and insight as he seeks to comprehend the statements in the Bible that seem to be in conflict with his observations of the world.

Lord, we acknowledge that your instructions to be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth were given with a purpose and a plan. We trust that you have a divine understanding of how the earth should be populated. Help Steven to trust in your sovereignty and to find peace in knowing that you are in control.

We also pray for Steven's concerns about overcrowded conditions and the challenges of living in a crowded world. Lord, we ask for your guidance and provision in these situations. Grant him patience and grace as he navigates through crowded spaces and help him to find moments of solitude and peace amidst the noise and chaos.

Lord, we know that you are a God who sees and understands the intricacies of our lives. We trust that you have a purpose for every statement in your Word, even if we may not fully comprehend it. Help Steven to seek your wisdom and understanding as he wrestles with these questions.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
