Something I hope would be reversed, and I'm sure many have gone through this--when you call a company, to [make a payment, straighten out something, get information, etc.} practically all the time you get a recording and it seems most of the time with the recording, they ask for information, then don't understand what I say{if I say it slowly, louder, etc.{ And it's an obstacle course to convince them you want to speak to a "real person."Request is that it goes back to the old way, where a real live person answers , and easily understands your request, and responds clearly. After all, you can only communicate so much with a machine.
