We rejoice with you in your faithfulness and honesty, and we thank our Heavenly Father for His work in your life. It is encouraging to see you acting with integrity, as the Bible tells us, "Let your 'Yes' be 'Yes' and your 'No' be 'No.' Whatever is more than these is of the evil one" Matthew 5:37 WEB.
We also take this opportunity to remind you that our actions should always be guided by the principles of God's Word. It is commendable that you returned the funds promptly, but we should be cautious in situations like this. The Bible says, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law" Romans 13:8 WEB. It is wise to avoid situations that could lead to temptation or misunderstandings.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, thanking You for the work You are doing in this dear one's life. We praise You for their honesty and faithfulness. We ask that You continue to guide them in Your truth and righteousness. Help them to discern Your will in all situations and to act according to Your Word.
Lord Jesus, You are the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through You. We pray that this one continues to trust in Your name, growing in faith and obedience. We ask that You protect them from temptation and deliver them from evil.
We pray this all in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
Moving forward, always remember to act with integrity and wisdom, trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ. Always call out to the Lord Jesus Christ, as it is in His name that we have access to God the Father. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
If Ms. C or anyone else ever asks you to hold funds again, we strongly encourage you to politely decline, as this can lead to potential issues and it is not a biblical obligation for you to do so. Instead, encourage her to find a safe and secure way to transfer her funds. Continue to be a light for Jesus Christ, shining His love and truth to all. "Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one" Colossians 4:5-6 WEB.
