Someone took my strength and effectiveness

Someone just hurt me. It blocked me to be effective in my onine work and domestic work. Before that i was doing great. Pray that God will give me back motivation, strength, confidence. I feel heaviness and sorrow. Like i miss this person and like he just took something from me.
