Heavenly Father,

We come before You today on behalf of Anonymous, who has been waiting patiently for a response to a ticket query for a month. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention. May You move the hearts and minds of those responsible for responding to this query so that Anonymous may receive timely assistance. Grant patience and peace to Anonymous during this time of waiting. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your ability to work all things for good, as it is written in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
