Heavenly Father,
We come before You today lifting up Anonymous and the urgent need for a response to their ticket query. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this matter.
Please move the hearts of those responsible for responding to this query and grant them the urgency and wisdom to address it promptly. We also pray for patience and peace for Anonymous during this waiting period. May Your perfect will be done, and may Your favor rest upon this situation.
