do you know the person. Just because someone proposes does not mean you have to accept.
Is the person a Christian/believer in Jesus Christ?
When you know someone is right, you will be led forth with peace.
Father, I ask for the ministry of Your Holy Spirit to speak clearly, that they have discernment and not rush into a decision that is causing confusion. In Jesus name. Amen.

A good question to ask yourself, do you like the guy? Is he kind? How long have you known him?
Personally, I don't live in India, but I have communication with several India (ns) and one lady was pressured into marriage and regrets it. So, if you don't have peace, don't answer. Confusion is not of God...we are to be led forth with peace.
Father, you know the plans and purposes you have for this person, so I ask for the ministry of Your Holy Spirit to speak and reveal what she should do, for we are to be led forth with peace. Send your angels to encompass her about and show her Your salvation.
