Soften the hearts of those causing harm, and bring conviction and repentance as needed. Protect us all and guide us, Lord. Guide us to the knowledge of Your will and help us to obey You. May we all see Your glory when You deal with this situation. And we ask this in Your name, Jesus. Amen.

In response to this, it's regarding work bullying from my lady boss at my workplace. I was too afraid to share with my community group in my local church as only a few had asked about what's going on. Very few folks in my local church know I'm facing persecution from my boss. She is nitpicking me and she refuses to give me any proper channel to raise up against her unfair treatments towards me. She is constantly finding fault despite showing her grace and kindness towards me. I feel even sadder when I spoke to my mom and she just didn't see it as a problem.
