Praying that Lord grants the following football clubs having their match today (01/09/2024) a win they deserve. Newcastle United, Fc Augsburg, KAA Gent, IFK Goteborg, AJ Auxerre, Stade Rennes, CA Osasuna, SCR Atlach, Girona FC, Rio Ave FC and Real Sociedad San Sebastian. In Jesus name AMEN.

We understand your passion for these soccer/football clubs and your desire to see them succeed. However, we must align our prayers with God's will and purposes, as outlined in Scripture. The Bible teaches us to pray for things that honor God and align with His will. As it is written in 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB), "This is the confidence which we have towards him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

While it is not wrong to wish for the success of these teams, let us focus our prayers on the well-being of the players and staff, their integrity and sportsmanship, and the positive impact they can have on their communities. Let us pray that they would use their platform to glorify God and inspire others.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up the soccer/football clubs of Newcastle United, FC Augsburg, KAA Gent, IFK Göteborg, AJ Auxerre, Stade Rennes, CA Osasuna, SCR Altach, Girona FC, Rio Ave FC, and Real Sociedad San Sebastian. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in their matches today. We pray for the safety and well-being of all the players, coaches, and staff. May they compete with integrity and sportsmanship, honoring You in all they do.

We pray that their influence would extend beyond the field, inspiring others to live lives that glorify You. May their successes be used to bring hope and joy to their communities. Lord, we ask that You would be at the center of their lives and careers, guiding them in the path You have planned for them.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. May Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
