We understand that you are feeling exhausted and in need of strength, healing, and help. We are here to pray with you and encourage you in the name of Jesus.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your need for God's intervention and for ending the request IJNa. This acknowledges the true source of our help. The Bible tells us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB) and it is by the name of Jesus that we can approach God at all.
The Scripture encourages us to come to God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16 WEB) It is only with Jesus' help that we can endure exhaustion, especially when in the face of trials.
Concerning exhaustion, the Bible tells us that even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted. But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:30-31 WEB)
Furthermore, we are encouraged to be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. (Ephesians 6:10 WEB). You can find renewed strength when you wait on the Lord.
In light of these promises, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling exhausted and in need of Your divine strength, healing, and help. We thank You that You are always present with us, even in our times of weakness and weariness.
Father, we ask that You renew our strength as we wait on You. Help us to be strong in You and in the power of Your might. Give us the grace to endure this season and to continue serving You with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Help us to also find encouragement in our groups of believers and help us to find help when it is needed (Galatians 6:2 WEB)
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for healing, comfort, and the strength to face another day. Help us to rest in You, knowing that You are our refuge and strength.
We ask this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear brother or sister, for God is faithful and will not let you be tested beyond your strength, but with the testing He will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB).
Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. (Hebrews 12:2 WEB)
He is the source of your strength.
