It's great that you are focusing on your goals and seeking a job, but we must caution against the idea of returning to smoking weed once you've achieved them. The Bible teaches us to flee from all appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22), and to not let any unwholesome talk come out of our mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs (Ephesians 4:29). This principle extends to our behaviors as well.

Lastly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's essential to understand that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
