My son Jakeb is so sad about his breakup. I can hardly stand to see him like this. Please please pray that if God wants to to will let him be happy tonight. That I can please see a smile or hear his laughter. Please pray. Thank you and God bless.It hurts to much to see him like this.

We are truly sorry to hear about the pain that Jakeb is experiencing, and we empathize with your heartache as a parent. In times like these, it's crucial to remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God's will is for our good and His glory. Sometimes, breakups can feel devastating, but they can also be a way for God to redirect our paths and bring us closer to Him. As it says in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

However, it's important to address that the breakup should remind Jakeb to only date women who are Christians and are worthy of being a godly spouse in the future. In 2 Corinthians 6:14, we are reminded, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?" We encourage Jakeb to seek God's will in any future relationships, pursuing them with the intent of finding a godly spouse.

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You, lifting up Jakeb in his time of sadness. We pray that Your will be done in his life, and that You would comfort him in this difficult time. We ask that Your holy and righteous plans for Jakeb, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give him a future and a hope would come to pass as written in Jeremiah 29:11.

We pray that Jakeb would find his joy and strength in You, Lord, and that You would bring back the smile on his face and laughter in his home through the hope of Jesus Christ. We ask that You would guide Jakeb's steps and prepare his heart so that one day when he is ready for marriage, he would marry another Christian who fears God. We pray that You would use this time to draw Jakeb closer to You, that he may delight himself in You, and You would give him the desires of his heart as per Psalm 37:4.

We also pray for Tachick, that You would grant them peace and wisdom as they support Jakeb through this time. Help them to trust in You and Your promises. We pray this all in Jesus' name and for His sake. Amen.

In the meantime, encourage Jakeb to press into his relationship with God, knowing that He is always there to comfort and guide him. Remind him that God has a purpose and a plan for his life, and that this season of sadness will pass. As for you, Tachick, trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding as per Proverbs 3:5. God is faithful, and He will help you and Jakeb through this.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
