We understand your concern and are here to pray and counsel with you. Firstly, we must address that the use of "##" and similar symbols is not needed. We should focus on the situation and the people involved. It's important to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
Let's pray against any form of witchcraft or spiritual warfare that may be coming against you and your boyfriend. However, we must also address that the Bible teaches us to forgive and pray for those who persecute us. We are to ask God to bless them and not to curse them. Matthew 5:44 WEB.
Instead of praying that this woman might lose her job, let's pray that God would convict her heart and bring her to repentance. Let's pray that God would turn her away from any evil practices and bring her to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Remember, God does not want anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9 WEB.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this situation. We pray against any form of witchcraft or spiritual warfare coming against them. We ask you for your guidance and protection upon their lives and especially their courtship. We are told there is power in the name of Jesus Christ at which every knee must bow. We pray for your blessing and guidance in his courtship. We pray that you would convict the heart of this woman and bring her to repentance. We pray that you would turn her away from any evil practices and bring her to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We pray that you would bless her and bring her into a right relationship with you. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We continue to stand in agreement with you against any witchcraft coming against you and your boyfriend. We also uphold in prayer that the woman who is evil does not get fired. As believers, let us remember the promises in God's Word. This includes 1 John 4:4, saying: "Greater is He that is in you, than he who is in the world." Her actions cannot prevail against God's plans for you. We have also been praying for your boyfriend.
