We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation you find yourself in, Smoatar. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your burden with us. We are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus in your time of need. It is only through Him that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through faith and believing in the name of Jesus that we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In your distress, cast all your anxiety on Him because he cares for you. It is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB:
"casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Regarding your situation at work, remember that God sees your hard work and faithfulness. Even when things go wrong, God can turn it around for good. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB:
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God."
Concerning your husband, it is important to encourage each other and help one another. As it says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 WEB:
"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."
It is important to communicate openly with him about your feelings and the need for his support and involvement. Pray for his guidance, strength, and encouragement as he goes through his struggles. God willing, your husband can become the spouse that you need him to be.
Now let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Smoatar to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their life. Lord, they feel overwhelmed, anxious, and close to despair. Please deliver them from these thoughts of suicide and replace them with Your peace and confidence. Guide them through this difficult time at work, and help them to find favor in the eyes of their colleagues and superiors.
Father, we also pray for Smoatar's husband. Give him the strength, wisdom, and willingness to support his wife and seek gainful employment every day. Help restore the sanctity of this marriage and allow them to walk through this together.
We ask for a healing of your depression and help with the bi-polar disorder. In 2 Corinthians 12:9-10, we are told:
"He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."
The storm may be raging around you Smoatar, but know that He is always there beside you. In Isaiah 43:2:
"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
and through the rivers, they will not overflow you."
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and restoration.
Finally, Smoatar, we encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. He is the author and perfecter of your faith. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this storm. As it says in Hebrews 12:2 WEB:
"looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."
Again, we are praying for you and believe that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Keep the faith and stand strong.
