As it is written in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Firstly, we want to ensure that you have sought the name of Jesus Christ in your plea. It is only through His name that we have access to God, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as your Lord and Savior.
In times of overwhelming emotional pain, remember that God is our refuge and strength. Psalm 46:1 tells us, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." It's crucial to take these burdens to God in prayer, casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).
However, if your pain is due to circumstances that are not in accordance with God's will, we urge you to reconsider your path. If it involves relationships not aligned with biblical principles, such as those outside of marriage or not pursuing marriage, or any form of immorality, we lovingly rebuke and encourage you to turn away from them. As 1 Corinthians 6:18 warns, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."
