We are glad to join with you in prayer for your wife's safety during her travel in the snow. It is commendable that she is reaching out to help a coworker in need. In all circumstances, we are called to bear one another's burdens, thus fulfilling the law of Christ, as we know God loves a cheerful giver.
Let us pray together. We will pray the following prayer:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother's wife as she travels in the snow to help her coworker. We pray for Your divine protection over her, for wisdom, her physical safety, traveling mercies, discipline and guidance as she drives. Lord, You are sovereign over all things, including the weather. We ask that You would calm the storm and clear the paths for her journey, according to Your will. Help her to be alert, cautious, and mindful of the driving conditions. We know nothing happens by chance, and no snow falls outside of Your knowledge. As Proverbs 16:9 says That a man's heart devises his way but the Lord directs his steps. We trust that You will uphold her and keep from all harm and danger with Psalm 91:10, 11, and 12 that says No evil shall happen to her neither shall any plague come nigh unto where she stays. She shall tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shall she trample under feet. Because she has set her love upon You, therefore You will deliver her: she shall set the Lord always before her. For you Lord will deliver her, and honor her, because she has known your name. For she shall call upon You, and You will answer her: Thou wilt be with her in trouble. We pray for Your peace to fill her heart. We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.”
Remember, God is faithful, and His love for us never fails. Even in difficult circumstances, we can trust in His goodness and care, knowing we have access to Him because of the salvation only possible by believing in Jesus Christ. As scripture says: And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent. Also 1 Timothy 2:5,6 states: For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus - Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
Now we would like to encourage you and your wife to examine your spiritual life together, and make sure you are right with God and one another, since Proverbs 16:7 states: When a man's ways please the Lord all his enemies shall be at peace with him. We should never have enemies of any kind unless our walk with God is not as pleasing to Him as it should be. So take inventory of your spiritual lives and make corrections where they are needed. Notice that there is no promise of protection when one is not fully pleasing the Lord. Here is some other scripture to consider that applies to both you and your wife, as one flesh, and with regard to each of you individually:
1 Peter 3:7 says Likewise, you husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honor unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
Colossians 3:19 and 20 say Husbands love your wives and be not bitter against them. Children obey your parents in all things for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.
We encourage you to abide in these scriptures so that you may be able to walk worthy and all your prayers be answered.
