We join you, Saraha, in lifting up this practical need to our Heavenly Father, who cares for us in every situation. We are reminded in the WEB, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. Jeremiah 29:11-12. We can confidently come before Him with our requests, both big and small.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Saraha and their family as they clear the snow from their drive. We pray for Your protection, that You would keep them from falling or hurting themselves. We ask that You would give them the strength and endurance to complete the task quickly and efficiently.
Lord, we also ask that You would warm the temperatures so that the ice and snow can begin to melt, making their task easier and safer. We pray that You would hold back any more snow, according to Your will.
Father, we thank You for Your faithful love and care for us. We thank you that "you do not withhold good things from those whose walk is blameless". Psalm 84:11b. We praise You for Your promise to hear us when we call on You, and we ask for a reminder of Your love through this situation, giving us hope and a future.
We pray this all in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to come boldly before Your throne of grace. Amen.
Saraha, as you work, remember that even in everyday tasks, God is with you. He promises in the WEB, Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6. May this truth bring you comfort and strength today.
