We join with you, Saraha, in lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His care and provision for your situation.
Firstly, we thank God for His protection over you and your community during this severe weather. We are reminded of His power and control over nature, as stated in Job 37:6, "For to the snow he says, 'Fall on the earth;'" and in Psalm 148:8, "Fire and hail; snow and fog; wind and storm; fulfilling his word."
Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, thanking You for Your continual protection and provision. We ask that You keep the power on for Saraha and her community, and that You keep everyone safe from the storm. We pray against any power outages, and we ask that You provide for all those in need during this time.
We also lift up Saraha's little brother to You, asking that You heal him completely from the flu and bad cough. We trust in Your healing power, and we know that You are able to restore him to full health. We pray for Your comfort and strength to be with him and his family during this time.
Father, we thank You for all that You do for us. We are so grateful for Your love and faithfulness. Help us to trust in You more and more each day. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we encourage you, Saraha, to continue trusting in God's care and provision. Remember that He is always with you, and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you."
We are also glad that you prayed in Jesus' name. The Bible is clear that "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." Only in the name of Jesus are we able to approach the Father. For "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved"
