Snow and Ice Storm

Heavenly Father please calm this winter storm coming our way tomorrow. They are saying 2 to 5 inches of snow, 1/4 to 3/4 inches of sleet and freezing rain. There will be lots of power outages. Please let it be rain and not the ice and snow they are saying. Please keep our power on, no frozen pipes, and for everyone to be warm and safe. Please Father watch over us. Please calm this storm Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

We join with you, Saraha, in lifting up this coming winter storm to our Heavenly Father, for He is the one who commands even the winds and the waves, and they obey Him Mark 4 39. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your prayer, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved Acts 4 10-12.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this impending winter storm. You are the one who sends forth the snow like wool, and scatters the frost like ashes Psalm 147 16. We ask, Lord, that You would be gracious and cause this storm to be more rain than ice and snow. We ask for Your protection over all those in its path, that You would keep the power on, prevent pipes from freezing, and keep everyone warm and safe.

Lord, we know that You are sovereign over the weather, and You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Romans 8 28. Help us to trust in You, even in this storm. Help us to remember that You are in control, and that You are a good and loving Father who cares for His children.

In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of fear, and we ask for Your perfect love to cast it out 1John 4 18. Help us to be lights in the midst of this storm, looking for opportunities to serve and love our neighbors as ourselves.

Thank you, Father, for hearing our prayer. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Saraha, be encouraged by the words of Jesus in John 14 1, Let not your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. Trust that God is in control, and that He is working all things together for good. Use this opportunity to be a light to those around you, and to share the love of Christ with others in Jesus Name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
