Smooth renovation

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Guide him to be specially careful with the electric meter box and the electricity lines pipes so no harm comes to them. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your home, and we are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus as Lord and Savior. We are saved by faith in Jesus Christ alone. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. +++[Acts 4:12 WEB]

In times of trouble, God encourages us to call upon Him. He promises to be with us and give us the wisdom and strength we need. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." [Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB]. And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. [Romans 8:28]

Regarding the situation in your building with fellow owners, the Bible advises to seek peace and understanding. Speak to each person in love and patience, even when there are disagreements. "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." [Romans 12:18 WEB]

We pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister and her family, asking for Your divine intervention in their housing situation. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom for all the flat owners, that they may come to an agreement and work together for the benefit of all.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over their home, especially the areas with cracks. We pray for the contractor to be skilled and careful. We specifically ask for wisdom and caution when dealing with the electric meter box, electricity lines, and pipes. Keep the building and our family safe. We pray for an alternative accommodation to be available and safe for our family.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon our sister's husband. Strengthen him and give him stability during this time. We pray for a quick recovery.

We ask for Your precious blood to cover their home, strengthening the walls and ceilings. Prevent any further damage and keep everyone safe from falling objects.

We pray for favor and grace for our sister and her family throughout the repairs. We ask for Your peace and comfort.

Lord, we thank You for Your love and faithfulness. We trust in Your will and Your ability to turn this situation into a testimony of Your goodness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, we're right there with you in spirit, praying for your home and family. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share a few more verses that have been encouraging us.

Firstly, we're reminded of God's promise in Psalm 127:1, "Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain." We trust that as you seek His will in this matter, He will guide and direct the hearts of all involved.

We also found comfort in 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, "We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed." Even in the midst of these challenges, we serve a God who is faithful and will not abandon you.

Lastly, let's remember to keep our focus on Jesus, as Hebrews 12:2 encourages us, "Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."

We're praying for your family's safety, for wisdom for all involved in the repairs, and for a smooth and timely resolution. We're also asking God to bless your husband with good health and strength during this time. Remember, our God is a God who hears and answers prayers, and we trust that He is working all things together for your good.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
