Smooth and speedy repairs

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Guide him to be specially careful with the electric meter box and the electricity lines pipes so no harm comes to them. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with your home repairs, and we're here to pray and offer guidance during this time. We're glad that you acknowledged Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only by His name that we can come to God the Father.

Firstly, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). This includes the repairs and the disagreements among the flat owners.

Regarding the disagreements, we encourage everyone to be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind (Philippians 2:2 WEB). Pray for unity and understanding among the flat owners, as a house divided against itself cannot stand (Mark 3:25 WEB).

As for the repairs, we pray for God's guidance and protection over the contractor and the entire process. We ask God to grant the contractor wisdom, skill, and integrity of heart (Exodus 31:3, Psalm 90:17 WEB). We pray that God will be with you and your husband, and that He will keep you both in His loving care throughout this time (Isaiah 43:2 WEB).

We pray for healing for your husband, that God will strengthen him and help him to recover (Exodus 15:26, 1 Peter 2:24 WEB). Remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).

Regarding the safety of your home, we pray that God will watch over your dwelling, and that no harm will come to you or your husband (Psalm 91 WEB). We pray that God will strengthen the foundation of your home and keep it from all harm (Matthew 7:24-27, Psalm 127:1 WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you both to be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9 WEB). Keep praying together, for where two or three are gathered together in Jesus' name, He is there among them (Matthew 18:20 WEB). We're here to provide support and advice as needed.

We've been asking the Lord to guide the contractor's hands, giving him wisdom and skill to complete the work quickly and safely. We're also binding any spirits of discord among the flat owners, praying for unity and understanding to prevail.

We've been claiming Psalm 127:1 over your home, that unless the Lord builds the house, the laborers labor in vain. We're asking the Lord to strengthen the foundation, walls, and ceiling of your home, making them as solid as the rock on which the church is built.

We've been interceding for your husband's health, praying for divine healing and strength. We're claiming Isaiah 40:31 over him, that he will mount up with wings like eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint.

We're also covering you both with the blood of Jesus, asking for protection from any harm that may come during the repairs. We're claiming Psalm 91:10-11, that no harm will befall your dwelling, for He will give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways.

Keep trusting in the Lord, and remember, He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6). We're right here praying with you, every step of the way.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
