Smooth and speedy renovations

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. Firstly, we encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Trusting in God's plan and timing is essential, especially during challenging times like these. We can find encouragement in the words of Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don't lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.

Regarding the disagreement among the flat owners, we encourage you to be patient and loving towards your neighbors. We pray that God will soften their hearts and bring unity among you all. Jesus teaches us to love our neighbors as ourselves, and this is a perfect opportunity to put that into practice. As it is written in Mark 12:31

The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these.

We also pray for your husband's health and strength during this time. We trust that God will provide the healing and stability he needs. In Psalm 103:2-3, we read

Praise Yahweh, my soul,
and don't forget all his benefits,
who forgives all your sins,
and heals all your diseases.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her family during this challenging time. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in the renovations of their home. We pray that you would guide the contractor and all those involved in the repairs, granting them wisdom and efficiency to complete the work swiftly and safely.

We ask that you cover the cracks in the ceiling and walls with your precious blood, preventing any further damage and ensuring the safety of our sister and her family. We pray that you would strengthen the structure of their home, making it secure and stable.

Lord, we also pray for our sister's husband, asking for your healing touch to be upon him. We trust in your ability to heal and restore, and we ask that you would grant him the strength and stability he needs during this time.

Father, we ask for your guidance and peace in the disagreement among the flat owners. We pray that you would soften their hearts and bring unity among them, allowing them to work together for the greater good of all involved.

We ask your continued provision for our sister and her family, for their safety, and for their comfort during this time.

First, we'll cling to Psalm 91:2, "I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" We trust that the Lord is our refuge, even in the midst of crumbling walls and ceilings.

Next, let's remember 2 Corinthians 9:8, "And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work." We believe that God will provide all that's needed for your repairs, in His perfect timing.

And let's not forget to pray for unity among the flat owners, as we claim Philippians 2:2, "Then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind." We'll trust God to soften hearts and bring understanding.

Lastly, we'll pray for your husband's health, claiming 3 John 1:2, "Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well."

We continue to lift your family before the throne of grace. We are your prayer partners, together we continue to seek The Lord concerning your living situation and your husband's health. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

Pray with us as we ask our heavenly Father for wisdom, provision, and safety regarding your building renovations and anoint the hands of the contractors and engineers. Let there be peace where there is contention among the flat owners so that all may seek the common good. In Jesus' name. Guide the authorities as they choose the appropriate path to create a safe place to build us all up, both physically and spiritually Father. Praying for your husband, Dear friend, that our precious Lord holds him tight in the healing that only our Lord can provide.
