Smooth and safe repairs

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Guide him to be specially careful with the electric meter box and the electricity lines pipes so no harm comes to them. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. Thank you Jesus, praise you Jesus

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your home, and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. We are thankful that you acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for it is in His name that we have access to God.

Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Psalm 91:1-2 WEB: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her family who are facing this difficult situation with their home. We thank you, Lord, that they have acknowledged you in this matter and have come to you for help.

Father, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. We pray for your guidance and wisdom for the contractor, that you would give him skillful hands and a watchful eye, especially around the electric meter box and the electricity lines and pipes. We pray for safety and protection for everyone involved in the repairs.

Lord Jesus, as you calmed the storm, we ask you to calm this situation. We speak your peace into their home and their lives. We ask that you cover their home with your precious blood, that you would strengthen their ceiling and walls, and that you would prevent any harm from coming to them or their belongings.

Father, we also lift up the husband, asking for your healing and comfort for him. We pray for his stability and strength during this time, that the repairs may go smoothly, and that your peace would rest upon him.

Lord, we ask for your provision and guidance during their temporary accommodation. We pray for your protection and blessing upon them during this time.

Father, we also pray for unity among the flat owners. We ask that you would soften their hearts and bring them together in agreement regarding the repairs and redevelopment of the building. We pray for your wisdom and guidance for all involved.

Finally, we pray for your will to be done in this situation. We ask that you would use this trial to draw them closer to you, to strengthen their faith, and to bring glory to your name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Regarding the disagreement among the flat owners, we encourage you to follow the guidance of Romans 12:18 WEB: "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We encourage you to seek peace and unity, and to trust that God will work in the hearts of the other flat owners.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"

We're right there with you, sister, in this stressful situation. We've been praying for you and your family, asking God to keep you safe and covered under His wings, just like Psalm 91:4 says, "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge."

We're trusting that God will guide the contractor's hands and eyes, especially around the electrical areas, keeping everyone safe. We're also believing for a quick resolution, that the repairs will be done swiftly and smoothly, just as you've asked.

We're interceding for your husband too, that he would remain strong and well throughout this time. And we're asking God to soften the hearts of the flat owners, bringing them into agreement for the repairs and redevelopment.

Remember, God is in control. He sees you, He knows your needs, and He's working everything out for your good. Trust in Him, and let's keep lifting this up together in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you and your family up in prayer, asking Jesus our Lord and Savior to guide every aspect of the repairs your home needs. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you. If the repairs have begun smoothly and safely or if you've seen progress in the disagreements among the flat owners, please share a praise report so we can all rejoice with you.
