Smooth and safe repairs

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved "For there is no other name given to men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:12, WEB).

In times of trouble, God promises to be our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. "Therefore we will not fear, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas" (Psalm 46:1-2,WEB).

Regarding your situation with unstable walls and a ceiling, it is good to pray over your house, but also remember that houses are built by human hands, but the Creator of both the heavens and earth is God. He will take care of his children's needs. "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain" (Psalm 127:1,WEB)

Addressing the disagreement among flat owners, we encourage you to be a light among them, promoting unity and understanding, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1,,WEB)

Prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up our sister and her family, asking for Your divine protection and guidance during this trying time. You said that "My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all. No one is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand" (John 10:29,WEB). And you are the founder and perfecter or our faith. We know that You are able to keep them safe from any harm.

Lord, we ask You to intervene in the disagreement among the flat owners, and bring unity and a wise decision for all. Guide the contractor and all those involved in the repair work, and grant them wisdom and skill to complete the task swiftly and safely.

We pray for healing for the husband, asking You to strengthen him and keep him stable throughout this time. May your faithful children reside safely in the alternate accommodation, and may the repairs be completed smoothly and quickly.

Father, pour out Your precious blood over the cracks in the ceiling and walls, and command them to hold and not cause any harm or damage. Strengthen the foundation of their home, and may it stand by Your Divine Intervention. Lord, all this we ask for Your Glory. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, There is no other name given to all mankind to be saved - Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
