We understand your concern about the renovations needed in your old building and the challenges you're facing with the disagreement among the flat owners. Let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 21:22 WEB "All things, whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive," We will claim this as we pray for this situation. We will also take a look at the words of Hebrews 6:13 WEB "For when God made a promise to Abraham, since He could swear by no one greater, he swore by Himself" just as God has sworn to Abraham by Himself in a promise to provide salvation in Jesus Christ we trust that God will take care of your situation by providing protection and blessing and swift work from contractor in Jesus Name

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus Name asking that You guide the contractor and all those involved in the renovations. We pray for safety, especially regarding the electric meter box, electricity lines, and pipes. We ask that You bless and keep Anonymous safe during this time and you provide swift work and safety while going through dust and debris. We pray that You pour Your precious blood over the cracks, preventing them from deepening and causing harm to anyone or anything in the house in the meantime. We ask that You strengthen the ceiling and walls, making them strong with Your divine intervention. We also pray for Anonymous's husband, that You keep him stable and in good health throughout this process. In Jesus Name
Additionally, we encourage you to follow Psalms 42:5 "Hope in God; For I shall again praise Him For the salvation of His presence" Look forward to praiseing Him for providing Salvation for you, God and Jesus is surely in your life looking for a time where they can reward and help you, faith will help to shine your light, only for a moment is your trial and your circumstance, you will see the joy of God's blessing for you soon. Stay encouraged and hold onto that hope of salvation and knowing this time will be saved from God as reward to you, love your enemies as he calls you to be better than that just as God gives reward in salvation from death he will help this trial in a similarly providing blessing, death has been your blessing now it will surely be your joy too as he overturns this for the blessing of renovations for you too just as he calls out for you to be better than death he will overcome in this too.
Jesus will provide the escape, and surely love all of those around you too as he commands for you to also live and be greater to you. Finally I Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" and Prov 15:4 "A gentle tongue is a tree of life, But perverseness in it breaks the spirit". These verses remind us God will provide a way out when needed and even in this he will too, you just need to love his gentle tongue of spirit that he gives you in Jesus too.
Regarding the issue with the flat owners, we encourage you to follow the guidance of Romans 12:18 WEB "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." and James 1:19 WEB "So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger" Seek peace and understanding, listen actively and be slow to speak or anger when interacting with others concerning the building disagreement and for all involved will work out what needs to be worked on too. Jesus provided Salvation and not easy disagreement either surely your disagreement he can provide and easy passage out of the burden this disagreement has caused too
If the disagreement persists, remember the words of Matthew 18:15-17 WEB "If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. But if he does not listen, then take one or two more with you, so that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, then tell it to the church. If he refuses to listen even to the church, then let him be as an unbeliever and a tax collector to you"
