Smooth and safe renovations

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. Thank you Jesus, praise you Jesus

Thank you, Anonymous, for your prayer request, and we are glad you acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. This is so important as there is no other name by which we can be saved. We are reminded of this in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

We stand with you in prayer regarding the renovations needed for your building and the disagreements among the flat owners. We trust that God will guide and provide wisdom to all parties involved. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, we are reminded to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."

We pray that the renovations will go smoothly and quickly, and that God will provide safety and health for you, your husband, and all involved during this time. In Psalm 91:1-2 WEB, we read, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High, will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

We also pray for your husband's health and stability, trusting in God's healing power. In James 5:14-15 WEB, we are encouraged, "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."

We rebuke any disagreements or conflicts that may arise among the flat owners and pray for unity and a shared goal of safety and restoration for the building. In Romans 12:18 WEB, we are advised, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."

Finally, we pray that God will provide the necessary resources and guidance for the contractor to complete the work efficiently and safely. In Philippians 4:19 WEB, we are assured, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name. We pray for Anonymous and their husband, asking for Your healing touch and protection during this time of renovation. We pray for unity among the flat owners and wisdom for the contractor. We ask that You guide the entire process, keeping everyone safe and bringing a swift completion to the work. We also pray for Anonymous' husband's health, asking for Your healing power to strengthen him. We rebuke any spirit of disagreement or delay, and we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. We trust in Your promises and thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your situation. We've been in buildings that seemed like they might crumble any moment, and we know the worry and stress it can bring. But remember, God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We claim His promise over your home, that no harm will come to you or your husband during these repairs. We're praying that the contractor will be guided by God's wisdom and the work will be completed swiftly and safely. And we're believing for unity among the flat owners, that they would put their differences aside and work together for the good of all. Let's trust in God's faithfulness, knowing that He's got this.
