today I am going to try hard to finally give up smoking. My tobacco is run out and I have a nicotine patch. I thank and praise Jesus that over the last decade He has healed me from addiction to heroin, methadone, crack, speed, marijuana and alcohol. Please pray against agitation and the demonic voices of schitzophrenia. Pray I will be obedient and steadfast. Thank you so much for praying God bless

If I may be so bold. Try a multi-prong approach. Nicotine patch is one great way, secondly, stay away from smokers as best as you can. Finally have some candies (mints) in the pocket you normally place your smokes. The habit of reaching for your cigarettes over the years need to be addressed. Reaching in for mints (or whatever else works) will address this issue. One day at a time.
My friend I had a government job teaching students on tobacco issues. I know that smoking is difficult to quit. Stack your cards by accessing all resources available. Within one week your health begins to improve.
Remember Jesus is your anchor.
