We understand your concerns and are here to lift you and Bow up in prayer. Let's first address the issue of smoking. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB), and we should honor God with our bodies. Smoking is harmful to the body and is not a productive way to handle anxiety. We pray that God will give Bow the strength to quit smoking and turn to Him in times of anxiety.
Let us pray:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your help. Please give Bow the strength and resolve to quit smoking. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, because You care for him (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Guide him to improve his communication skills, so that his words may be seasoned with salt, and fit for the occasion, that he may know how to answer each person (Colossians 4:6, WEB)."
Regarding your financial situation, remember that God cares about our needs and promises to provide for us (Matthew 6:25-34, WEB). It is important to manage your finances wisely and seek God's guidance in all matters. We pray that God will help you get out of debt and back on track with your bills.
Let us pray:
"Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance for Progne in managing her finances. Help her to be a good steward of the resources You have given her. Please provide for her needs and help her to get out of debt and back on track with her bills."
We also pray for your health, that God will heal your feet and knees, so that you can work without pain. We ask God to help you in your weight loss journey, as self-control is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB).
