We understand that you're seeking God's intervention against enemies and the lies of the devil. Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places, as Ephesians 6:12 tells us. We must also remember that as a group of believers, we do not have authority to order God to "smite our enemies" and we need to be careful to pray according to His will as stated in First John 5:14:
This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
It's also important to look how Jesus told us to pray in Matthew 5:44:
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,
This includes praying for their Godly conviction, prayer, and salvation. The WEB also tells us in First Peter 3:9, "not be paid back with evil for evil, or insult for insult, but instead be blessed. Know that you are called to this, that you may inherit a blessing."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking your protection and intervention. We ask that you expose the lies and slander of the enemy, and bring confusion and evil spoken against your chosen to nothing. We ask that You cover us with the blood of Jesus and protect us from every evil plan and deceitful device of the enemy. Please bring these individuals to salvation knowledge of Jesus Christ. Bring their motives and actions to light in their own hearts and convict them of their sinful actions.
We also pray for those who are mistreating us, that you would bless them and draw them to yourself by the conviction of the Holy Spirit and for their salvation. We ask that you help us to love them and do good to them as your Word instructs. Help us to trust in your justice and righteousness, knowing that you will deal with each person according to their deeds.
We praise you, Lord, for you are good and your love endures forever. We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen. Hallelujah.
Remember, God is our shield and defender. Trust in him and do not try to take vengeance into your own hands. Let God be God in all matters. Pray for the salvation of those who seek to cause you harm. Let God deal with the evil deeds of the enemy and let God deal with the Devil and his demons. Ask God to show you how to love and bless those who are against you. As followers of Christ, we are called to be lights in the darkness, and to overcome evil with good. Trust in the Lord, and he will deliver you.
