We are thrilled to hear that you are making progress in your job search, and we join you in thanking God for this advancement. Remember, it is by His grace and mercy that we receive all good things.
Regarding your eyesight, we stand with you in prayer, believing that God's will is perfect and that He is able to restore your sight. As you've mentioned, it is in these fiery trials that we are refined and our faith tested. As we see in 1 Peter 1:7 (W.E.B.), "that the proof of your faith, which is more precious than gold that perishes even though it is tested by fire, may be found to result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your will for their life. Lord, we thank You for the progress they have made in their job search, and we ask for Your continued guidance and favor in this area.
Concerning their eyesight, Father, we pray for Your healing touch. We know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We ask for your will to be done and for you to restore their eyesight if it is your will.
Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and that nothing is impossible for You. Help our brother/sister to remain steadfast in their faith, even in this trial. Strengthen them, Lord, and increase their trust in You.
Lord, we also ask that you help them to know what to think or say during this time. Help them to draw closer to you and to remain in your word, seeking you first.
Finally, Lord, we pray for their salvation, if they haven't already believed on Jesus Christ, that they might be saved, their sins forgiven, and that they might be filled with the Holy Spirit that they might know that they know that they have eternal life and a loving relationship with you. If they do know you, help them to grow in faith, knowledge, and a close personal relationship with you.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life, trusting in Him, and drawing closer to Him through this trial. Remember, it is through faith and belief in Jesus Christ that we receive salvation and have access to the Father. As we see in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Continue to cast your cares upon Him, knowing that He cares for you. As we see in 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
In closing, remember that God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tested beyond your ability. As we see in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Trust in Him, and He will see you through this trial.
