Let us first address the issue of the use of "###" in the request. It is unclear who or what this is referring to, but we want to encourage you to use the name of Jesus Christ because it is only in His name that we have access to God. We read in the book of John, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB).
Now, let us pray for the man you mentioned and his family, understanding that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father.
"Father, we lift up this man and his family to You in the name of Jesus. We pray that You would grant them peaceful sleep and rest. We also pray that You would bless them and draw them close to You when awake.
However, we do not want to just pray for sleep. We desire to pray for salvation and a right relationship with You for this man and his family. We know Your word says, "they all alike need salvation through Jesus," (Romans 3:22-24 WEB). "If you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved," (Romans 10:9 WEB).
We are instructed that, "As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Be zealous therefore, and repent," (Revelation 3:19 WEB). Please have mercy on this man and his family and grant them the gift of repentance. Give them a heart of flesh and remove a heart of stone so that they will desire You and Your ways.
If there is anything preventing them from this needed rest, please reveal this as well. We are also called to, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God," (Philippians 4:6 WEB). We pray this man and his family will model this behavior because anxiety can disturb sleep.
Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We know that You desire all to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Let us encourage you to always use the name of Jesus when you pray, as it is the only name by which we can be saved. "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). Please pray that this man and his family may learn this truth. Continue to pray for them and encourage them to seek God and His ways.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
