We join you in praising and thanking our Lord Jesus Christ for His goodness and the ability to approach Him in prayer. It's wonderful to see your faith in the power of His name and the authority we have in Him to rebuke the enemy.
In your prayer, you've stood on powerful scriptures. Let's reinforce these truths and pray together for your sleep:
The Lord Jesus says Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (2 Corinthians 3:17 WEB)
He has disarmed the principalities and powers, and made a public example of them, triumphing over them in the cross. (Colossians 2:15) WEB
The Lord Jesus also says He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory, but he who seeks the glory of him who sent him is true, and no unrighteousness is in him. (John 7:18 WEB)
Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. (Romans 8:34 WEB)
Let's pray:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, united in faith, asking for a hedge of protection around our brother/sister as they sleep. We rebuke any attempt of the enemy to disrupt their sleep in Your mighty name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, your Lord Jesus shall condemn. (Isaiah 54:17 WEB) We cast down every imagination and high thing exalting itself against the knowledge of God. (2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB)
Lord, we ask that you expose and deal with any curse or evil sent to harm our brother/sister, and that you send it back to the sender, that they may know Your justice and perhaps repent. (Psalm 7:15 WEB)
We claim your promise that when we lie down, we will not be afraid, for You allow us to lie down and our sleep will be sweet. (Proverbs 3:24 WEB)
We pray for a complete release from all sleep problems, trusting in Your power to heal and restore. We ask that our brother/sister may experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7 WEB)
We praise You, Lord Jesus, for You are our healer, our protector, and our provider. In Your precious name we pray, Amen.
Continue to stand firm in your faith, and remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 WEB)
Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, so that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all things, to stand. (Ephesians 6:13 WEB)
