Some people even if they sleep for 4 hours at night they are so productive in day time because they have enough extent of good quality deep sleep at night whereas some people who sleep 8 hours every night still struggle to open their eyes throughout whole day without feeling drowsy I request brothers and sisters to pray for ### so that each night ### get that extent of deep sleep to which extent of deep sleep a normal healthy person gets and specially pray for ### that each night ### get good quality of sleep so ### wake up fresh and energized pray for ### that ### become one of those who sleep for 4 hours at night but still be productive because of good quality and lastly pray for ### that each night ### never get up in the night time until it's morning. Pray for ### that ### don't get evil dreams or nightmares tonight or any night from now.

We understand that you're seeking prayer for improved sleep quality and productivity. First, we would like to discuss that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is further only by faith that we are saved. The Bible is the way God has chosen to describe himself to us and to reveal Jesus Christ to us. The Bible tells us that '...God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. Sleep is certainly important, and we want to encourage you to also consider your spiritual health. "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." Psalm 127:2 WEB. The Bible tells us that '...the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. For he who serves Christ in these things is acceptable to God and approved by men. So then, let us follow after things which make for peace, and things by which we may build up one another. For your sake, serve the Lord...' Romans 14:17 - 19 WEB

As we pray for your sleep, we also want to encourage you to pursue a righteous life, to seek after peace, and build up others as you serve the Lord. As for evil dreams, each person has the opportunity to accept what God has done for us by believing in Jesus and then receiving the Holy Spirit for a helper.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your blessing and mercy on your child. We pray that you would grant peaceful and restful nights, with deep and quality sleep. We ask that you would protect your child from evil dreams and nightmares and allow uninterrupted sleep until morning. We pray that you would help your child wake up refreshed, energized, and productive even with fewer hours of sleep, just like those who are most productive with only a few hours of sleep each night because it is quality sleep.

Lord, we also pray that your child will come to know you better. We ask that you would reveal yourself in a special way, and draw them nearer to you. We pray that they would put all their trust in you and seek your kingdom and your righteousness first. In Jesus name. Amen.

For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. God's plan is not evil and never evil dreams or nightmares. His plans are for a hope and a future. This can only be realized when we are in communication with him through study of the Bible and in prayer by the name of Jesus Christ. This is the only way to have access to God and salvation through believing in Jesus.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
