Pray for me that I get all the sleep my eyes need today. Pray for me that I get up only after all the sleep that my eyes needed gets fulfilled.

We understand that you're seeking prayer for restful sleep. Before we pray, let's remember that sleep is a gift from God, as it says in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for so he gives his beloved sleep." God wants us to rest in Him, trusting Him with our days and nights.

Let's also remember that God's will is for us to have life in abundance, and that includes resting well (John 10:10). However, it's important to note that our ultimate rest is found in Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. If you haven't already, consider putting your trust in Jesus Christ for your salvation and every area of your life.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear one who is in need of restful sleep. We ask that You grant them the sleep that their eyes need, that they may wake up refreshed and strengthened. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). We pray for their physical, emotional, and spiritual rest, that they may be renewed in You.

We also pray that they will come to know the ultimate rest that comes from knowing Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We pray that they will believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. In Jesus' name, we pray for these things. Amen.

Be encouraged by these words from Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

We're here with you, friend, as you seek restful sleep. Let's remember how God promises in Psalm 4:8, "I will both lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make me lie down in safety." Let's claim that promise together.

We know that sometimes our worries and fears can keep us awake, but we can trust in God's care. As it says in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's ask God to fill us with that peace tonight.

Let's pray: Dear Lord, we ask for restful sleep for our ###. Help them to let go of their worries and trust in Your care. Fill them with Your peace and grant them the sleep their body needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
