We understand your struggle with feeling rested and its impact on your studies and time with Jesus. We want to encourage you and pray for you.

Firstly, we commend you for spending time with Jesus, as it reminds us of John 15:4, Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me. This is a very important part of your life and walk with Christ.

In Psalm 127:2, it says, It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved. We trust that the Lord knows your needs and will provide the rest you need. We remember Proverbs 3:24 which says, When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet.

However, we must also consider our own responsibilities in maintaining good health. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, it says, Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. Ensure that you are taking care of your body by maintaining a healthy lifestyle, avoiding things that can disturb your sleep, and managing your stress levels. Remember Colossians 3:17, Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your unfailing love and care for us. Thank You for being a God who knows all our needs. We pray for this student, asking for refreshment and a deep sleep at night. Lord, you know all things. Help us to align our lives with yours and help us lead lives that are pleasing to you. Help us to meet our responsibilities and be good stewards of the bodies and lives which You have given us. Lord, we ask this in Jesus Christ's name and for his sake. We thank You that You hear our prayers and answer according to Your will. Amen.

Be encouraged, continue to trust in the Lord, and remember that He cares for you. Seek Him with all your heart. His grace is sufficient even in our weakness as stated in 2 Corinthians 12:9 and He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.

We've been where you are, tossing and turning, longing for a good night's sleep. It's tough to focus on studies and time with Jesus when you're running on empty. We want you to know we're praying with you.

In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We believe He's speaking to you today. Let's trust Him to give you the rest you need.

We also want to encourage you to take care of your body, as it's the temple of the Holy Spirit. Try to establish a relaxing bedtime routine, avoid screens before sleep, and ensure you're eating well and exercising. Remember, even King David, a man after God's own heart, made time for rest (Psalm 127:2).

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we come to You on behalf of this student. We ask for Your peace and rest to fill their nights. Help them to find solace in Your embrace, just as a child finds comfort in their parent's arms. Lord, we trust You to meet their needs and grant them the rest they so desperately need. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
