Dear Saraha, we join you in lifting up this important need for restful sleep. The Bible tells us in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." God cares about our rest and wants us to find peace in Him.
When our minds are racing or we're in pain, we can turn to the comforting words of Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, thanking You for Your care and love. We ask for Your divine intervention in our sleep. Help us to quiet our minds, soothe our pains, and trust in You. Grant us the peace that surpasses all understanding, and let it guard our hearts and minds as we lay down to rest. Thank You, Lord, for being our comfort and our provider. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Saraha, God is always with us, and He hears our prayers. Let's continue to trust in Him and seek His face. As Psalm 4:8 reminds us, "I will lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety."
